Virendra Kumar Singh is a highly experienced Senior Software Developer and Sr. Tech Lead with over 11 years of experience in the field. Currently working at NDTV, he has a strong background in creating and maintaining web portals for multiple sites, handling heavy traffic using Mamcache and Akamai server, and AWS services. He has also developed a platform to automate creating special sites and their maintenance, and created special sites for events like Elections, Oscar, Budget, Cricket World Cup, IPL, and Davos. Prior to NDTV, Virendra worked as a Software Engineer at Successive Software, where he enhanced product-based web services and created and developed dynamic web portals using MVC architecture, Wordpress, MySQL, Jquery, and Mootools, along with payment gateway integration. He also created APIs for Android/iOS applications. As a Sr. Technical Lead at Bettr, Virendra developed a platform to manage credit cards using 3rd party service providers, handled all tasks like lead creation, policy checks, credit card creation, managing credit limits and transactions, UPI transactions, payments, statement generation, late fees calculation, offers, reward points, and cashback, communication, and reporting using Metabase, SMS/email statement parser, and more. He also designed a system architecture for handling end-to-end integration of credit cards, multiple server interactions, handling transactions, payment services, queue mechanism, handling all types of communication, deployment pipeline, logging system using Kibana, and more. Virendra also built a platform for processing personal loans, line of credit, mobile insurance, and more using Node.js and React.js, and integrated 3rd party services like Bureau (Cibil, Experian), Pan Verification (Aadhaar API), Payment Gateway (Casefree, Razorpay), document verification (IDFY), SMS service provider (Gupsup, ACL), Email document fetch (Collect R), Uan detail fetch (Karza), Employment & Employee check, Aadhaar kyc document verification (Singzy), and more. He also developed a platform to fetch bureau scores and their details by Experian, Cibil, and created a platform to store all documents into the cloud (S3) and provide security to view files using lambda function API with session token.
